Speeedy Courier has always focused on being as efficient “green” and efficient as possible. And so have our customers.
Over the past several months, many of our customers have asked that we switch from mailing invoices via United States Postal Service to emailing invoices in an effort to streamline their internal accounting process and save a few trees along the way.
Being in the courier/delivery/logistics business, Speeedy Courier is all about getting things from Point A to Point B as efficiently as possible so this was a request that we gladly honored. Plus, we’re all about saving trees along the way as well.
After getting such a high number of requests to email invoices, Speeedy Courier has decided to adopt an “email invoice” policy effective August 1, 2013. This means that we would like to email your invoices to you at the email address of your choice beginning August 1.
For those of you who’s companies require a paper trail (literally)…don’t worry. We will gladly continue to send your invoices to you via USPS.
Just like many of you asked us to switch from snail mail to email for invoices, let us know if there is anything Speeedy Courier can do to make things as simple and efficient as possible for you.
